probleme with the mini mobigater

Hi,
I recently bougth the mini mobigater, and it works fine except for one option.
under the tab phone to skype
the option "receive call from any phone" works fine
but the option " receive call only from" does not work.
I tried everything with the help of your tech support, i entered those phone numbers in any possible format, without success. i.e. +12405331016 or 12405331016 or 2405331016 or 0012405331016
Is there anything else i can do , or i should just ask for a replacement

I am having the same issue as described above only a standard Mobigator - software version 1.0.15b - I can not get it to recognize my phone number, as a result have to accept all calls, which make the sim account open.

I have tried;

001403#######
+1403#######
1403#######
403#######
#######

None of the above work.

My actual number that shows on call display is 403-###-####

I am using Mobigater mini (but have no idea is it "plus", "pro" or "sip" version).
It works with Skype. But when I tried to use it with SIP, I faced a problem.
I manage to get it "connected" but only in "unregistered" mode (although I provided correct SIP ID and password). But I noticed a strange message which pops up when I start "MobiGater SIP" soft. It says:"Object reference not set to an instance of an object." Anybody knows what this message means?
