As in Subject when I allow "Receive calls from any phone" everything works fine ... but when I set on "Receive calls only from" i.e. my mobile phone number, SIM card in Mobigater rejects me with history log:
11/19/2008 18:00:30 Place CALL to: 11/19/2008 18:05:38 CALL from number: +CLIP: 11/19/2008 18:05:39 CALL in Progress... 11/19/2008 18:05:45 Place CALL to: echo123 11/19/2008 18:06:19 CALL Finished 11/19/2008 18:15:16 CALL from number: +CLIP: 11/19/2008 18:15:17 Unauthorized CALL! What could be the problem ? Please, help ! This way anyone who knows my Mobigater SIM number can use it !

What is the version of software you are using (Help >About)? What is your country and mobile operator? Stop MG software. Download this program. Start it, select COM port of the MobiGater and press [Connect]. Plece call from your mobile to MG SIM card. Wait 3-4 rings. Close call (from your phone). Press [Disconnect] Copy and send all info from the software to mail: support@mobigater.com |

I request some info in my previous post and you gave me only part of it.
Please give me the rest of the info in order to help you. When you connected with the program (you download) and then made call from your mobile to MG - there must be additional lines under: "Received: 351525019539957" |

Ok, same procedure:
Stop MobiGater software. Start COM32 program, select COM port of the MobiGater and press [Connect]. On the empty line (at the bottom) write: AT+CPIN="xxxx" and press [Send] (xxxx is your SIM card PIN Plece call from your mobile to MG SIM card. Wait 3-4 rings. Close call (from your phone). Press [Disconnect] Copy and send all info from the software to mail: support@mobigater.com |

Again.After you send AT+CPIN="your PIN code"
Did you call from your mobile phone to number number of the SIM card inside MobiGater Device and wait to hear 3 or 4 "rings" (or "phone is off") on your mobile phone speaker. Then close the call from your mobile and SEND info from the program to mail. This will NOT solve your problem, but will help us to give you a solution. |
