Since recently my telephone conversations via mobigater are disturbed by loud DTMF beeps (dial tones), sometimes constantly for a long time, let's say up to 30 seconds or so. It becomes impossible to have a conversation.
It is considerably less, if not absent, when the other party calls me via Skype and Mobigater.
Does anyone has got any clue what this might be and how to solve it?

Actually yes I am.
I believe I experience the problems since the update. It really is quite severe, dial tones in the middle of the conversation sometime during up to 20 - 30 seconds, and no calling party touches the keys of the phone / handset.
Could you please explain what could technically cause the problem?

Uninstall the software.
Delete \Program Files\EuroDesign\ folder.
Restart your PC.
Download software from our website.
Install it.
Do not check (mark) "I Use MobiGaterM" in Tools > Settings > |Skype To Phone" settings.
Thanks. I reinstalled but there is no "I Use MobiGaterM" option in the settings.

Hi, I checked again but such settings I do not see. Actually, in your online manual it is not in the screen shot either.
I reinstalled, but dial tones still appear frequently in calls. I think in particular to calls to skype users, not so much at least to SkypeOut.
Please explain me if I need newer software with the MobiGaterM check box... I use version 1.0.45b... I that the latest?

OK I installed Mobigater PRO software though I have the Mobigater PLUS device.
There is a new problem: everything is properly configured BUT dialling into Mobigater means
- mobigater picks up
- I dial a speed dial for example *4#
- nothing happens
- mobigater does not hang up
- mobigater does not connect to Skype
Shall I revert to the Mobigater Plus software?

No, keep lastest PRO version. (at the moment 3.0.29.c)

Mobigater Pro software: does not work with my Mobigater Plus and Skype
Mobigater Plus software: there are constantly dial tones disturbing the conversations. It is much better with incoming calls and it is particularly bad during outgoing skype-to-skype calls.
