Hi, I was wondering if anyone experience the same as I do: Mobigater works perfect, but the sound quality could be better.

The main problem is that I hear a buzzing / humming sound during the telephone call, and so does the other party on the line.

- It sounds much like a 50 Hz buzz
- I use Mobigater with Skype
- Mobigater and PC are connected to the same power strip
- I have three bars of reception in Mobigater, sometimes only 2
- and I can't get better reception, no matter how I move around the antenna
- I use the remote antenna
- I use a good hi quality USB cable between Mobigater and the PC

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Many thanks
Rogier
Some WiFi signals may interference with MobiGater device or your mobile phone.
Find better place for your MobiGater and antenna as far as possible from other electronic devices.
Signal is good to be at least 5 level (when you place mouse over them it shows covarage in percents, so it is good to be at least 70%).

If you have 2 levels even in open air - so your MobiGater's antenna's connection might be interrupted inside device: between antenna's plug and GSM module. Because 2 levels are shown even without antenna in normal coverage cities.
In this case return device for repair.
Thanks and I'll remove the wifi router further away from the mobigater antenna!
