I have Mobigater Pro, I understand I should be able to have web access. I have downloaded an updated version of the software that appears to include this. But I can't find any instructions on how to use web access. Where can I find instructions please?
You need to make Registration.

Thank you. This proved very helpful and I am registered now.

For the benefit of other readers of this thread, the link above is to instructions about registration process, not just to the registration screen.

Two follow on queries:

1. Nowhere can I find what the cost will be when it is no longer free...

2. I don't understand how it can say that submitted changes have taken effect, even when Mobigater is offline. I note they don't show on the hosting computer (the one with Mobigater attached to it) until you click the button to update. So when exactly do changes take effect? (a) immediately even though offline; (b) as soon as Mobigater is online again; or © not until the button is cliecked on the hosting computer?

Many thanks for clarification.
1. At the moment is free. If there are any changes, the info will be published on our webpage and in the help.

2. The settings are updated automatically only when MobiGater software is online on every ~15 seconds. If "Settings" windows is opened, updated settings are not seen. Press [Cancel] and open Settings again.

When you press [OK] or [Apply] all settings that was entered are saved.

The [Update] button is used for immediate update. For example: when you install software again or on a new PC, just enter your user/pass, press [Update] and all settings will be back.

Thank you. But I have been experimenting, and what you say happens in theory doesn't appear to happen in practice:

Say Mobigater is attached to computer A and is online (all red lights on, calls successfully forwarding), forwarding to phone B. I log in to computer C, to remotely access Mobigater and tell it to forward to phone D instead. It tells me that changes have been applied successfully but (despite waiting a lot more than 15 seconds) nothing happens - calls carry on being forwarded to phone B.

If I go back to computer A and click "get settings" calls start being forwarded to phone D. But that isn't exactly web access!

Am I doing something wrong?
Updates are automatically on every ~ 15 seconds.
Your account is corectly created and working well.

Please, check if you have firewall restriction(s) of MobiGater software using Internet.
Please, reinstall the latest MobiGater Pro softwarer 3.0.27.c
I have done both these things - confirmed Mobigater is allowed through firewall and reinstalled. Also rebooted a couple of times to be sure. It still behaves exactly as described by me in my previous post. The changed settings remain somewhere "out there" until I fetch them with the home computer. Remotely changed settings are not detected by Mobigater.

Has anyone got it working? Other ideas?
Your registration is erased.
Please, register again.
How did my registration come to be erased?

I can't re-register. It says invalid IMEI, even though I have typed it correctly, and I had successfully registered before.

AND I don't know if it is related, but now the basic mobigater function has stopped working. Power, GSM and USB all OK, but when I click on mobigater to connect to skype, the third light lights up and it says connected, then it drops after under a second...

How frustrating is all this? At least before I tried to get web access working the mobigater itself was working...
We erase the registration and ask you to re-register.
Please, provide me the IMEI of the device as Private Message.
