Small problem (I hope)
Just bought a MobigaterSIP device, installed the software, connected the Mobigater and keeps telling me that MobiGaterSip is unplugged. Tried to change the usb port (every driver is installed correctly) but no change. I saw that it uses the COM3 and COM4 ports as UART (depending on the USB port I use on the PC side). How can I solve the problem? The version of software that I have is:
version 1121b sip
07.08.06 14:39
msi 1.1.21.b

Do you have any problems during CD installation?
What is your OS?
Did you start program locally or remotely from other PC?
Do you see "MobiGater UART" in "Device Manager" > "Port (COM & LPT)" section?
Do you see "USB Audio Device" in "Device Manager" > "Sound, video and game controllers" section?

I think I worked out the issue. I was using Remote Desktop to view the PC that I have connected to the Mobigator, which seems to sever the connection to the USB somehow?

If I don't use Remote Desktop, it works fine??

Cheers
Yes, the reason is because Remote Desktop get Audio from remote computer and redirect it to the local computer (so MobiGater Audio is stolen).
To avoid this in Remote Desktop, before connecting open [Options>>] and in |Local Resources| section, set "Remote computer sound" to "Leave at remote computer" Sml11
I also have this problem. I just recieved in mail today, I had .net 3.0 installed. I uninstalled, and uninstalled 2.0 also and used the package you had on cd.

Then i Proceeded to install the software. Installed fine. Checked the details:

... When im looking in the manual, it shows in the setup that you have option to select com port which it is located. I dont have that. Here is my version from the txt file on the cd:

version 1131b sip
08.01.28 17:09
msi 1.1.31.b

I have installed on Com 3 and Com 4 Another Wireless Carrier connection and on Com8 I have Mobigater UART.

Thanks for your help,
What i did to fix the problem was unistall this version which was on the cd.

I downloaded the newer version which was available on the website. After that, it worked perfect.

Now the problem is, there is very large amount is breakup in sound in both directions. My connection is very good 2MB up 10MB down. My ping time to the VOIP gateway is fine... as i can hook up my grandstream phone and all calls made and recieved are crystal clear. When i switch to the Mobigater Mini SIP it only breaking sounds.

Cell Reception (85%).

I've Set my PC on the DMZ with no firewall for testing. still no luck

All details as stated above. Except, im using version 1.1.35.B now

Thank you fore your help.
