Installed Mobigater mini on windows homeserver (Win 2003 server) and it works successfully on the local machine. However when accessing through remote desktop I get 'mobgater unplugged' warning message - I have configured the sound the remain on the mobigater machine ie not played on the remote desktop as suggested elswhere in this forum ... but no success.

any suggestions?
Did you connect to the console (zero) session of MG's Windows 2003?
Standard connection via Remote Desktop' shortcut to server Windows (2003, 2008) makes concurrent session and user's programs start second time in this non-console session.

Make an additional "console RD" shortcut:
- If you use XP up to SP2 or 2003 Server connecting to MG's 2003 server, type:
mstsc.exe -console

- If you use XP SP3, Vista, Seven or 2008 Server connecting to MG's 2003 server, (console parameter is changed), so type:
mstsc.exe -admin
